This starter terms page is intended for the current ProjectPilot MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Permitted use

You may use ProjectPilot for personal, household, educational, and preliminary project-planning purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated activity that harms the service.

Estimates and decisions

Calculator results are estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions shown on the page. They are not bids, quotes, engineering calculations, safety instructions, building-code determinations, or professional advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking measurements, product instructions, local requirements, property conditions, permits, utility locations, and contractor credentials before beginning work or spending money.

Content and ownership

ProjectPilot branding, page design, original copy, and software are owned by ProjectPilot or its licensors. You may use the results you create for your own planning. Do not copy or republish the site as a competing service without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue a tool, page, assumption, or feature. We may also update these terms as the product changes.
